DMCA

We take copyright violations very seriously and will fight hard to protect the legal rights of copyright owners.

If you own the rights to content on our website and didn’t permit us to use it, you must let us know in writing. This will help us find the content you say infringes on your rights and take action.

We won’t be able to do anything if you don’t give us the information we need, so if you think that your copyrighted material has been infringed upon or violated, please send our Copyright Agent the following information in writing:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that was allegedly violated.
Identification of the copyrighted work that is said to have been violated, or, if a single notification covers multiple copyrighted works at a single online site, a list of those works.
Identification of the content that is said to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that needs to be removed or access to which needs to be blocked, as well as information that is likely to be enough to help us find the content.
Information that should make it easy for us to get in touch with the person who filed the complaint, such as an address, phone number, and, if available, an email address.
A statement that the person making the complaint has a good faith belief that the copyright owner, its agent, or the law does not allow the material to be used in the way that is being complained about.
A statement that the information in the notice is true and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that was allegedly violated.

The following is what should be written and sent to our agent:
